Group Pilates Classes

These classes are suitable for all ages and abilities, no experience necessary.

Classes will follow the Classical Pilates Method with variations, and may include the use of small equipment to increase flexibility and strength.

(adaptations / modifications are offered to cater for all abilities)

Class duration: 45 mins




Private Pilates / Ballet Classes

1:1 or 2 in a class

These classes are suitable for all ages and abilities, and are for those looking for a more bespoke exercise program that caters to specific needs.

Whether this is due to a loss of strength from a past injury or needing improvement in flexibility following a past surgery. Or just simply needing to exercise at your own pace.

These classes will focus on key targets and goals set by you, and a unique exercise program will be designed to help meet your goals.
