Q. What do I wear for Pilates?
A. As long as you are comfortable and can move freely then most light clothing / leisurewear is perfectly fine.
Q. What do I need to bring?
A. Piilates exercises are mainly performed on the floor, therefore a soft mat is recommended for your comfort. And staying hydrated is always a good idea, so a water bottle may be useful.
Q. How do I know that it is safe for me to do Pilates?
A. You can check with our questionaire at the following link here. If still unsure, then a health professional / doctor should be able to assist you.
Q. How do I book / pay for a class?
A. Payments can be made via Debit / Credit cards or a Paypal account. Click the 'Book A Class' page below, but please contact me should you require further assistance.
Q. How much room do I need to do Pilates? (Online Classes Only)
A. You only need enough space to lie down comfortably and move arms and legs freely, without knocking the cat off the telly.
Q. Will you or any of the other participants be able to see me? (Online Classes Only)
A. No. The only person visable to anyone will be the instructor - so you are welcome to wear your Christmas Onesee should the need arise.
Q. Will I be able to talk to you during the live class? (Online Classes Only)
A. No. But you are very welcome to message me with questions afterwards.
Q. Does Kettering Pilates have a cancellation policy?
A. Yes. If you have to cancel a booking within 48 hrs or less of a booked class, unfortunately a refund is not possible. This is due to the limited spaces available.
