Q. How much room do I need to do Pilates? (Online Classes)
A. You only need enough space to lie down comfortably and move arms and legs freely, without knocking the cat off the telly.

Q. Will you or any of the other participants be able to see me? (Online Classes)
A. No. The only person visable to anyone will be the instructor - so you are welcome to wear your Christmas Onesee should the need arise.

Q. Will I be able to talk to you during the live class? (Online Classes)
A. No. But you are very welcome to message me with questions afterwards.

Q. How do I know that it is safe for me to do Pilates?
A. You can check with our questionaire at the following link here

Q. How do I pay for a class?
A. Payments can be made via Debit / Credit cards or a Paypal account.

Q. Does Kettering Pilates have a cancellation policy?
A. Yes - if you cancel within 48 hrs of a booked class there is no refund.
